1.1 Registration / Login
When you register and log in to use the products/services we provide, you must at least provide your email address and the email verification code. If you refuse to provide this information, you will be unable to register an account or use our products/services.
When you register or log in using a third-party account, we may, with your separate consent, obtain information from that third-party account (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple), including your profile picture, account name, and other information indicated on the page. This allows you to conveniently log in through the third-party account and link it to your PinoCast account. If you refuse to provide this information, you will be unable to log in to your PinoCast account via a third-party account.
1.2 Membership Payment
When you purchase our membership services, you need to select a payment method (such as Stripe Payment or PayPal Payment) and provide the relevant third-party payment account in order to complete the payment. We will share order payment information, device information related to order security, and other necessary information required under anti–money laundering laws with the third-party payment company. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to enjoy membership services, but this will not affect your access to our basic products/services.
1.3 Network and Operational Security
To ensure the security of your account, we will collect your device name and model, device identifiers (ANDROID_ID / OAID / Harmony OS AAID), IP address, access date and time, service log information, software version number, operation logs, and specified package name information. If you refuse to provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic products/services.
